Job summary

The Ward Law Group is seeking a Litigation Assistant to support attorneys in Personal Injury cases. You will manage litigation workflows, organize case files, schedule deadlines, and prepare legal documents with precision.

This full-time role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and strong client service. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; experience with Litify or Filevine is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Personal Injury litigation.
• Drafting and e-filing: complaints, summonses, discovery & pleadings.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment; fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and update electronic case files and litigation documentation.
• Maintain accurate case information, deadlines, and litigation activity.
• Prepare, draft, review, and file litigation documents in compliance with court rules.
• Coordinate service of process and schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate professionally with clients and maintain timely client communications.
• Process litigation invoices and maintain records in case management systems.
