Job summary

The Ward Law Group, PL in Florida is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support the settlement process and negotiate personal injury claims under attorney supervision.

You will manage Florida plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement, coordinate medical treatment, handle insurance communications, and maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum 2 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience (Florida BI, PIP, UM/UIM).
• Experience in a Plaintiff PI law firm; familiarity with Litify or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Florida plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including insurance communications and medical coordination.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify and coordinate negotiations under attorney supervision.

Job Description

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support the settlement process and negotiate personal injury claims under attorney supervision.

Responsibilities

• Experience managing Florida plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, settlement negotiations, and familiarity with Florida PIP, BI, and UM/UIM claims.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience, including experience handling Florida bodily injury (BI), PIP, and UM/UIM claims.
• Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm, preferably using Litify or Salesforce.
