The Ward Law Group in Miami, FL seeks a Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support our personal injury practice. You will manage Florida PI cases from intake through settlement and coordinate medical treatment, insurance communications, and negotiations under attorney supervision.

Fluent English and Spanish required, with at least 2 years in PI case management or settlements, and experience in a plaintiff PI firm using Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support the settlement process and negotiate personal injury claims under attorney supervision.

Responsibilities

• Experience managing Florida plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, settlement negotiations, and familiarity with Florida PIP, BI, and UM/UIM claims.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience, including experience handling Florida bodily injury (BI), PIP, and UM/UIM claims.
• Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm, preferably using Litify or Salesforce.
