The Ward Law Group, PL in Florida seeks an experienced Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support the settlement process for personal injury matters, with fluency in both English and Spanish.

You will coordinate insurance communications, medical treatment and negotiate settlements under attorney supervision, leveraging familiarity with Florida BI, PIP, and UM/UIM claims. Experience in a Plaintiff PI firm and with Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience.
• Experience handling Florida BI, PIP, and UM/UIM claims.
• Experience in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm, preferably using Litify or Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Manage Florida plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, settlement negotiations.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.
