The Ward Law Group, PL is seeking a Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support the settlement process for Florida plaintiff personal injury cases. You will coordinate medical treatment, communicate with insurers, and negotiate settlements under attorney supervision.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in PI case management, familiarity with BI, PIP, UM/UIM claims, and experience in a Plaintiff PI firm, preferably with Litify or Salesforce.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience, including experience handling Florida BI, PIP, and UM/UIM claims.
• Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm, preferably using Litify or Salesforce.

Job Description

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager – Settlements & Negotiations to support the settlement process and negotiate personal injury claims under attorney supervision.

Responsibilities

• Experience managing Florida plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement, including insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, settlement negotiations, and familiarity with Florida PIP, BI, and UM/UIM claims.
