Under supervision, you will act as a financial advocate, handle standard teller transactions, and provide information on all products and services in a courteous, efficient manner to help members achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Credit Union or Banking products and services; ability to explain them to members.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and correspondence creation.
• Effective interpersonal skills for member interactions.
• Ability to analyze financial needs and demonstrate product benefits.
