Job summary

Kinetic Credit Union is seeking a Member Advisor to engage members in the branch, educate them about products, and act as a trusted advisor. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and deepening member relationships.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or an associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience in a financial institution or two years in retail sales.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Smartphone required to access company applications.

Responsibilities

• Educate members about Kinetic’s products and services and assist with cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist with opening new accounts and completing account maintenance tasks.
• Performs teller transactions when needed and maintains accurate cash handling.
• Process loan closings and document review with members as applicable.
• Maintain privacy and security of member information and adhere to regulations.
• Provide financial counseling and professional, consultative service to members and prospects.
