Northern Trust is seeking a Personal/Universal Banker to deliver exceptional client service while servicing clients with a full range of banking products and services. Responsibilities include opening, maintaining, and servicing accounts, executing money movement, and producing client materials and reports.

The role emphasizes cross-selling and holistic relationship advice within Wealth Management, adhering to banking guidelines and risk controls.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of related experience in banking/wealth management or similar roles.
• Knowledge of banking operations, products and services.
• Knowledge of federal regulations and banking guidelines.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to think critically and work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the business model and collaborate with relevant business units to identify opportunities.
• Execute and submit client account servicing activities, including wires, transfers, and account maintenance.
• Proactively communicate with relationship management and operations teams to obtain information.
• Handle paying/receiving activities, cash transactions, and daily balancing.
• Assist with maintenance and servicing of Safe Deposit Boxes where available.
• Demonstrate expertise in setting up client accounts and services, ensuring documentation is complete.
