Responsibilities

• Establish cordial relationships with customers and address inquiries for maximum satisfaction.
• Inform and suggest new banking products to customers.
• Open new accounts and service existing accounts per procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Cross-sell banking partners and refer to Wealth, Mortgage, and Treasury Services.
• Assist with teller duties and support branch operations as needed.
• Support branch marketing and customer base growth.
