PNC is seeking a Senior Personal Banker to base in Chicago, IL. You will acquire and deepen the branch customer base, drive proactive sales, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet and position PNC solutions to meet client needs. The role requires a 4+ year track record in banking, an Associates degree, and the ability to act as Notary Public.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent with related experience.
• 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Notary Public license may be required in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet and loyalty.
• Lead proactive sales conversations through defined processes including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty and educate customers on options for managing financial transactions.
