This role emphasizes proactive sales, collaboration with ecosystem partners, and exceptional service to drive loyalty and wallet share. You will lead conversations that identify PNC solutions for clients, leveraging technology and an adherence to risk controls.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Notary Public license or ability to obtain one as part of role.
• 4+ years of related business or financial services experience preferred.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and loyalty.
