PNC is seeking a Senior Personal Banker to join their Retail Banking team in a branch setting. You will acquire and deepen customer relationships, identify financial solutions, and coordinate with ecosystem partners to grow wallet share.

Strong knowledge of banking products and services, plus 4+ years of experience, will help you drive exceptional service while maintaining risk controls and accurate operations across daily activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 4+ years of related experience.
• Solid knowledge of banking products, services and risk controls.
• Notary Public license may be required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Leads by example in driving proactive sales conversations and loyalty through a defined sales process.
• Educates customers on financial options and leverages technology to support transactions.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and ensuring accurate branch operations.
• Participates in daily branch operations and delivers a high-quality customer experience.
