Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically requires 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
• Notary Public capability and background checks per CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Collaborate with partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Lead proactive sales conversations using the defined sales process and lobby engagement.
• Deliver PNC solutions through outbound and in-branch interactions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
• Grow customer loyalty and wallet share with a differentiated experience.
