Responsibilities

• Understanding the business model and engaging appropriate business unit subject matter experts to explore opportunities with the client.
• Executes and/or submits client account servicing activities within appropriate time frames, including wires, fund transfers, account openings/closings, and documentation research.
• Proactively communicates with relationship management and NCSS teams to obtain necessary information for requested activities.
• Handles paying and receiving activities, including cash transactions and daily balancing while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Assist with maintenance and servicing of Safe Deposit Boxes where available.
• Demonstrates expertise in setting up all types of client accounts and reviews documentation for completeness.
• Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and ensures compliance with risk management and regulatory guidelines.
• Keeps informed of new products and services to respond to client questions and expand the client relationship.
• Monitors banking reports and assists with banking audits as directed by leadership.
• Serves as a mentor to fellow Personal Bankers and shares expertise as needed.
• Trains others in deposit area as designated by leadership
