You will lead as the primary customer contact, oversee permit lifecycles, and drive process improvements while mentoring junior team members in a fast-growing, equity-backed environment. The role emphasizes customer relationships, local permitting knowledge in the Midwest, and strong cross-functional collaboration across teams

Qualifications

• Customer-centric mindset with ability to build and maintain strong relationships and represent PermitFlow to customers.
• Extensive hands-on experience in construction permitting, including regulations, compliance, and permit lifecycle.
• Collaborative team player with experience supporting pilot processes and cross-functional work.
• Data-driven decision making: gather, interpret, and leverage data to improve conversations and processes.
• Comfort with AI tools and new software features; able to adapt quickly to evolving workflows.
