We are hiring a Product Manager to own end-to-end product initiatives, working with engineering, design, operations, and customers to define products that reduce delays and improve efficiency in highly fragmented permitting workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience shipping impactful products in startups or fast-moving environments.
• Strong product judgment and ability to prioritize effectively across competing opportunities.
• Experience leading product initiatives with meaningful business or customer impact.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and create clarity for cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, leadership, operations, and customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
• Technical fluency and comfort working closely with engineering teams.
• High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
• Bonus: experience with workflow systems, AI products, enterprise SaaS, or operational tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead a core product area focused on customer-facing workflows and AI-powered systems that simplify complex permitting processes.
• Drive the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, design, development, launch, and iteration.
• Work directly with customers to deeply understand pain points, operational bottlenecks, and workflow inefficiencies.
• Translate ambiguous real-world problems into intuitive, scalable product experiences.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and sales to deliver products that create measurable customer and business impact.
• Define product strategy, roadmap priorities, success metrics, and execution plans across teams.
• Drive alignment across leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
• Help establish product standards, operating principles, and execution culture as the PM organization scales.
