Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing pipeline projects and FERC-regulated projects.
• Experience coordinating agency reviews and NEPA compliance.
• Strong client relationship and proposal development abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management for oil & gas midstream permitting projects and energy transition initiatives across the US.
• Manage permit applications and agency coordination for Threatened and Endangered Species, Sections 404/10, CZMA, and Section 106.
• Develop positive client relationships and support proposal development.
• Create and review technical documents supporting regulatory submissions.
• Support HSSE policies and coordinate with HSSE professionals during all project phases.
• Collaborate with Environmental and Regulatory Specialists to ensure consistency in execution.
• Contribute to multiple Stantec projects and offices nationwide.
