Stantec is seeking an exceptionally talented individual to lead permitting for oil & gas midstream projects and energy transition initiatives across the US. The role requires strong technical leadership, regulatory coordination, and excellence in client relations within a flexible Gulf region setting.

The candidate will manage FERC-related permit applications, engage with agencies, and ensure compliant execution of health, safety, and environmental policies while collaborating with multiple

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or higher in Environmental Science or related field.
• 7+ years work experience in a similar position.
• 5+ years direct experience preparing, managing and authoring FERC permit applications.
• Experience preparing and managing permit applications and agency coordination related to Threatened and Endangered Species, 404/10, CZMA, and/or Section 106 Cultural Resources.

• Provide technical leadership and project management for oil & gas midstream permitting projects and energy transition projects across the US.
• Manage permit applications and agency coordination related to regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships and support proposal development.
• Create technical documents and review submissions for regulatory processes.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards are implemented in all work phases.
• Collaborate with Environmental and Regulatory Specialists for consistent project execution.
• Support multiple Stantec projects and offices nationwide.
