Job summary

MLK Community Hospital seeks a Perioperative Nurse Manager to lead nursing practice across Pre-op, OR, PACU and GI/Endoscopy. You will develop staff competencies, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality and safety initiatives under the Director of Perioperative/Perinatal Services.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years perioperative nursing experience.
• Two+ years leadership/supervisory experience.
• Current California RN license; BLS and ACLS.
• CNOR preferred; bilingual in Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing practice in Pre-op, OR, PACU, GI/Endoscopy.
• Recruit, schedule, and evaluate perioperative staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement programs.
