Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing preferred.
• CNOR preferred is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to assess and plan care.
• Prioritize and organize patient care and ensure follow-through.
• Communicate using SBAR during hand-offs.
• Maintain patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate discharge planning with care managers.
