Formación
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field with 7+ years in performance testing.
- 7+ years of performance testing experience in enterprise systems.
- 4+ years leading performance testing teams and programs.
- Experience with LoadRunner or JMeter and SQL data validation.
Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end performance engineering for large multi-tier systems.
- Define performance testing strategies and SLAs.
- Mentor performance testing teams and ensure test execution.
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, and spike tests on APIs, UI, and batch processes.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and operations to implement tuning.
- Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
