Job summary

Capio Group is seeking an experienced Performance Testing Lead in Sacramento to manage QA/QC for enterprise applications. You will oversee end-to-end performance testing, workload modeling, and script development using LoadRunner, JMeter, or equal tools, integrated into CI/CD with Azure DevOps, Jira, and UFT.

The role requires leadership in testing strategies, monitoring system performance, and delivering per-cycle summaries and defect metrics to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related or Engineering field.
• Minimum 7 years in electronic data processing systems study, design and programming.
• At least 4 years in lead capacity and 4+ years in performance testing/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing activities for enterprise applications.
• Develop and execute performance scripts, modeling workloads and scenarios.
• Monitor, analyze bottlenecks, and report performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Coordinate test data, environments, and automation within CI/CD.
• Ensure testing aligns with defined SLAs and client requirements.
