Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years performing performance testing for large-scale enterprise systems.
• 3+ years developing and executing performance tests, analyzing results, and reporting findings.
• Experience with LoadRunner, JMeter or equivalent tools for performance testing.
• Experience with API and system performance validation.
• Ability to translate non-functional requirements into performance tests.
• Ability to write and use SQL queries to validate test data.
• Experience with Jira/ALM for test management and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust performance test scripts for APIs, mainframe systems, and web applications.
• Conduct load, stress, and endurance tests to assess system behavior.
• Monitor resources during tests to identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture non-functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
• Analyze results and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
