Cayuse Civil Services in Sacramento, CA seeks an Automation Testing Lead to design, lead, and optimize automation testing frameworks for enterprise applications. This role drives the automation strategy, governance, and roadmap to ensure high regression coverage, stability, and reliability of automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in automation, 4+ years leading initiatives, and strong experience with UFT, Selenium, and CI/CD integrations.

Formación

7+ years in automation testing or IT systems development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
4+ years leading automation testing initiatives with strategy and execution.
4+ years design of automation frameworks using UFT with VBScript.
4+ years experience with Selenium and cross-browser testing.
Ability to translate requirements into automation scenarios.

Responsabilidades

Lead development and implementation of automation strategy and governance.
Act as SME for test automation methodologies, tools, and practices.
Architect and maintain extensible automation frameworks using UFT/Selenium/Katalon.
Develop reusable libraries and data-driven test assets for regression suites.
Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Mentor automation engineers and foster enterprise standards.
