Qualifications

• 5+ years in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.
• 3+ years in lead capacity within the last 10 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related or Engineering field.
• 5+ years performing performance testing for large scale enterprise systems.
• 3+ years performing performance testing activities including scripting, analysis, and reporting.
• 3+ years using performance testing tools like LoadRunner, JMeter or equivalent.
• 3+ years validating APIs and system performance, including response time, throughput, and error rates.
• 3+ years translating non-functional requirements into performance test scenarios.
• 3+ years using SQL or similar technologies for test data validation.
• 3+ years using test management and defect tracking tools.
• Must provide client/user end reference information for each applicable project upon request.

Responsibilities

• Validate system scalability, reliability, and performance under peak workloads.
• Plan performance tests, workload modeling, load, stress, endurance, and spike tests.
• Develop performance test scripts and monitor system metrics.
• Review non-functional requirements and system architecture to guide testing strategies.
• Develop scenarios and workload models representing expected user behavior.
• Monitor response times, throughput, and resource utilization during tests.
• Analyze results and provide bottleneck root-cause analysis and recommendations.
• Provide performance reports and metrics to stakeholders.
