Job summary

National Black MBA Association is seeking a Senior Associate in Performance Testing to execute performance, failover and disaster-recovery tests for mission-critical systems. You will design tests using LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling across cloud and on-prem environments and validate RTO/RPO requirements.

The role requires hands-on scripting in Python/Java, experience with AWS, Kafka, relational databases, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on performance testing with LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance tests across AWS and on-premise environments.
• Create, maintain and enhance LoadRunner scripts and test scenarios.
• Analyze results to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
• Develop automation scripts (Python/Java) and integrate tests into CI/CD.
• Validate multi-region failover and disaster recovery testing.
