Job summary

DTCC is seeking a senior Enterprise Test Engineer to join the IT organization and ensure performance, resiliency, and scalability across distributed platforms. You will work with Dev and Architecture teams to design, implement, and optimize test strategies for non-functional requirements and automated testing.

The role requires strong knowledge of performance engineering, load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner), and experience with AWS services and CI/CD integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance test scenarios based on non-functional requirements.
• Automate performance tests using current scripts.
• Maintain traceability across non-functional requirements and test scenarios.
• Review test scenarios with development teams and business stakeholders.
• Track defects to closure and report test results.
• Provide mentorship on performance/resiliency test coverage and non-functional requirements.
