• 6+ years in Software Quality Engineering or Performance Testing.
• Hands-on LoadRunner and JMeter expertise.
• Experience with APM tools: Datadog, New Relic, AWS CloudWatch.
• SQL, Java, Python, JavaScript proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance testing strategies (load, stress, endurance, spike) for enterprise apps.
• Develop and maintain reusable performance test scripts with LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Create workload models that simulate real-user behavior and system usage.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD with DevOps teams.
