Job summary

FactSet Research Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Specialist (Performance Solutions) to drive the assessment and qualification of Performance products across the Americas. You will conduct tailored product demonstrations, pilots, and proofs of concept in collaboration with sales leadership and analytics teams.

Based in Boston or New York, the role requires at least 10 years in sales, excellent communication, and travel willingness. Hybrid work arrangement with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a sales/client-facing role with a strong track record.
• Exposure to Middle Office and Performance workflow (B-One/Eagle/StatPro a plus).
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field; CFA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough understanding of the performance market and competitive landscape.
• Identify growth opportunities by understanding client types and workflows; engage in commercial discussions.
• Design tailored product demonstrations to highlight value of performance solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, analytics, and consultants to run engagements and price contracts.
• Share client insights to influence product strategy and development.
• Mentor others, contribute to training, and support product improvements.
• Report opportunity status to senior management regularly.
• Build relationships across an international network of stakeholders and clients.
