Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Performance Measurement Lead to scale advanced measurement adoption and support our direct sales force.

You will work with Yahoo Ads sellers and clients to build go-to-market plans, translate analytics into optimization recommendations, and drive incremental ROAS and business outcomes. The role emphasizes integrating AI tools into measurement workflows, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Data Science, and delivering executive-ready insights

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital advertising measurement.
• 4+ years of client-facing experience influencing executives and sellers.
• Deep knowledge of the privacy and signal-loss ecosystem.
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into executive-ready visuals and GTM narratives.
• Experience using generative AI platforms to accelerate data synthesis.
• Proven project management across multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a research menu of custom measurement solutions (incrementality, lift, MTA).
• Translate analyses into strategic optimization recommendations (bid, budget, audience, channel).
• Integrate enterprise AI tools into measurement workflows to analyze signals and draft case studies.
• Identify automated AI-driven efficiencies for reporting, decks, and enablement requests.
• Manage relationships with external research providers to support client objectives.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, Data Science, and GTM teams to drive adoption.
• Iterate on research efficacy based on field feedback and best practices.
• Analyze diverse datasets and distill findings into visuals and case studies.
