Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is seeking a Performance Measurement Lead to empower our direct sales teams with advanced measurement capabilities, including incrementality, multi-touch attribution, and lift analyses.

You will scale adoption by collaborating with Yahoo Ads sellers and clients, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations across media channels. You will work with Sales, Product, and Data Science to develop go-to-market plans, case studies, and vertical narratives

Qualifications

8+ years in digital advertising measurement or attribution.
4+ years guiding executive-level clients.
Strong knowledge of privacy/signal-loss ecosystems.
Ability to synthesize large datasets into insights for exec audiences.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a menu of advanced measurement solutions tailored to client objectives.
Translate findings into strategic optimization recommendations across bid, budget, audience, creative, and channel mix.
Integrate enterprise AI tools into measurement workflows to rapidly analyze signals and generate narratives.
Identify AI-driven efficiencies for automated reporting, deck generation, and sales enablement.
Develop and manage relationships with external research providers to support client objectives.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product, Data Science and GTM teams to champion adoption.
Monitor research efficacy and translate field feedback into repeatable best practices.
Analyze diverse datasets and distill findings into actionable visuals and case studies.
