Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a Performance Measurement Lead to support the direct sales force and drive revenue growth. You will build and scale advanced measurement adoption with Yahoo Ads sellers and clients, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

In this senior role, you will work with executive stakeholders across Sales, Product, Data Science and GTM to deliver go-to-market plans for advanced measurement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital advertising measurement, performance analytics, or attribution modelling.
• 4+ years of client-facing experience influencing executives, managers and sellers.
• Deep knowledge of privacy/signal-loss ecosystems (e.g., cookies, privacy sandboxes, consent, clean rooms).
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into executive-ready visuals and GTM narratives.
• Experience using generative AI platforms to speed data synthesis and deck prep.
• Proven project management across multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a research menu of custom measurement solutions tailored to client objectives and KPIs.
• Translate findings into strategic media optimization recommendations based on incremental ROAS, CPA, and outcomes.
• Integrate enterprise AI tools into measurement workflows to analyze signals and produce case study drafts.
• Identify automated AI-driven efficiencies across reporting and sales enablement to scale bandwidth.
• Develop and manage relationships with external research providers for seamless solution delivery.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data Science, and GTM to champion adoption.
• Monitor research efficacy and translate feedback into repeatable best practices.
• Analyze diverse datasets and distill findings into actionable insights with compelling visuals.
