Job summary

Yahoo Holdings Inc. is hiring a Performance Measurement Lead to drive adoption of advanced measurement with Yahoo Ads sellers and clients. You will build scalable measurement solutions, translate analytics into strategic recommendations, and collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product, Data Science, and GTM teams.

You will assess client needs, equip sellers with market insights and tools, and develop case studies to support go-to-market positioning for Yahoo Ads products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital advertising measurement or attribution modeling (e.g., Incrementality testing, MMM, MTA).
• 4+ years of client-facing experience, with a track record of influencing executive-level clients, managers, and sellers.
• Deep knowledge of privacy/signal-loss ecosystems (third-party cookies, privacy sandboxes, consent frameworks, clean rooms).
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into executive-ready visuals and GTM narratives.
• Experience using generative AI platforms ( Claude, NotebookLM, Gemini ) to accelerate data synthesis and enablement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a research menu of custom measurement solutions (incrementality, lift, MTA) aligned to client KPIs.
• Translate findings into strategic media optimization recommendations (bid, budget, audience, creative, channel mix).
• Integrate AI tools into measurement workflows to analyze signals and draft case studies.
• Identify and implement automated AI-driven efficiencies across reporting, deck generation, and sales enablement.
• Develop and manage relationships with external research providers for seamless solutions.
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Product, Data Science, and GTM to drive adoption and education.
• Iterate on research efficacy by incorporating field feedback into best practices.
• Analyze diverse datasets and distill findings into visual, compelling results.
