Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Experience managing material marketing budgets across multiple channels.
• Strong expertise in paid social advertising platforms and tools.
• Strong analytical fluency across full‑funnel marketing metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience driving team efficiency through AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of performance marketers across paid media and acquisition channels.
• Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid social, creator/influencer marketing, direct mail, affiliate, and emerging channels.
• Manage and optimize a $20M+ annual media budget for scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Analyze full‑funnel performance and translate data into optimization strategies.
• Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels and strategies.
• Partner with Creative to translate insights into high‑velocity creative testing and briefs.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Product, and other teams to strengthen the full‑funnel engine.
• Design and execute structured experimentation across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Own reporting, forecasting, and investment recommendations for portfolio channels.
• Manage agency, vendor, platform, and partner relationships and explore new tools.
