Job summary

Housecall Pro in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to own a meaningful media budget and lead a portfolio of performance marketing channels focused on demand generation.

You will set strategy, manage budget allocation, lead a team of performance marketers, and optimize campaigns across paid social, creator and influencer marketing, direct mail, affiliate, and emerging channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital or performance marketing with leadership experience.
• Experience managing large marketing budgets across multiple channels.
• Strong expertise in paid social platforms and measurement tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of performance marketers and set priorities.
• Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across channels.
• Manage and optimize a $20M+ annual media budget.
• Analyze full-funnel performance and translate data into actionable strategies.
• Identify and scale new channels and opportunities.
