Job summary

12th Tribe is seeking a Sr. Manager, Performance to own paid media strategy and end-to-end execution across channels, aligning performance with ecommerce growth.

You will partner with the VP, Ecommerce & Performance and work daily in a data-rich stack including Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Pinterest, and Triple Whale. The role blends hands-on media management with creative testing, AI-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with creative, ecommerce, merchandising, and finance teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, with at least 2 years managing a team.
• Experience overseeing $8M+ in paid media budget with an external agency.
• Hands-on, in-platform knowledge across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Technical savvy, with reports and dashboards in Triple Whale or similar tools.
• Experience briefing and reviewing creative content, with ability to translate data into direction.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media execution, budget allocation, and daily pacing across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Balance acquisition and retention goals, growing new customer volume while improving repeat purchases.
• Test and evaluate new channels for incremental growth opportunities.
• Manage the external performance agency day-to-day and ensure KPI delivery.
