Job summary

GOAT is seeking an experienced performance marketer in the United States to run paid social/video campaigns on Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You will plan creative tests, brief teams, and deliver performance readouts to leadership.

You will leverage AI tooling daily for briefs, copy variants, and reporting, and partner with the Growth AVP to refine AI workflows. Strong analytics and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on performance marketing experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or YouTube Ads.
• Experience with incrementality and/or MMM to measure true lift or causal performance.
• Comfort working in performance data — pivot tables, dashboards, and rigor to catch anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day paid social and video campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube: build, pacing, setup, and optimization against KPIs.
• Plan and execute the creative testing roadmap — write briefs, launch tests, and readouts.
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly creative performance reports.
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative on asset needs and direction from performance reads.
• Run structured tests and interpret results against platform numbers.
