Job summary

CSC Generation is seeking a senior leader to own the paid media P&L and drive multi-year strategy across a portfolio of brands. You will set channel allocations, manage budgets, and build repeatable playbooks for launches and seasonal peaks.

You will lead a team of performance marketing leaders and specialists, partner with creative, merchandising and eCommerce, and translate data into strategic recommendations for the executive team.

Qualifications

• Own the paid media P&L and multi-year strategy.
• Set channel and budget allocation based on incrementality, LTV, and blended CAC targets.
• Build repeatable playbooks for launches, promotions, and seasonal peaks.
• Lead a team of performance marketing leaders and specialists, plus supporting agencies.
• Set operating standards for testing velocity, reporting rigor, and channel expertise.
• Drive adoption of AI and automation tools across the team.

Responsibilities

• Represent performance marketing on CSC Generation's marketing leadership team.
• Partner with Creative, Merchandising, and eCommerce to align investment with site experience and conversion.
• Translate performance data into clear commercial recommendations for the executive team.
