Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own strategy, performance and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization. This senior role blends analytics with communication and execution oversight, in a hybrid setup with engagement on sales calls and roadmap development.

You will guide strategy, oversee specialists, drive growth roadmaps, and ensure measurable outcomes for multiple clients, delivering reports and quality assurance

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Expertise with Google Ads, GA4, GSC and keyword tools.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations for clients and teams.
• Track record of overseeing execution and ensuring deliverable quality.
• Sharp analytical skills for diagnosing performance issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for each client.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, keyword strategies, bidding, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical SEO, on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Own KPI tracking, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and QA, coordinating with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
