Job summary

Wella Company in NYC is seeking an Associate Director, Performance Media to own and scale the precision media engine across Amazon, DTC brand sites, and TikTok Shop. This role is accountable for media that drives revenue with emphasis on efficiency, incrementality, and measurable commercial outcomes.

You will lead the strategy in agency partnerships and execution of lower- and mid-funnel media investments, ensuring media spend links to traffic, conversion, and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7–10+ years in performance media or ecommerce growth.
• Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and retail media.

Responsibilities

• Own performance media strategy across Amazon Ads, DTC paid media, and TikTok Shop with revenue accountability.
• Lead Amazon media planning in partnership with sales and retail teams.
• Own paid media strategy for DTC brand sites and scale TikTok Shop media.
• Manage media creative, testing, and alignment with promos and launches.
• Define KPIs and drive analytics to optimize media ROI.
