Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, media strategy, or marketing analytics roles.
• Strong experience working with agencies to execute ads or manage platforms.
• Familiarity with MMM, MTA/MMT, incrementality testing, attribution, and media effectiveness analysis.
• Excellent data-driven, analytical mindset and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and drive performance across DTC, Amazon, and Retailer.com ecosystems.
• Lead performance marketing strategy and channel roadmap across paid search, paid social, affiliate, influencer, retail media, and emerging channels.
• Manage agency relationships and ensure KPI delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance and Analytics for forecasting and post-campaign analysis.
• Define customer journeys across paid, owned, retail media, and commerce touchpoints.
• Guide measurement and test-and-learn agenda with Analytics.
