Job summary

ghd, a global leader in high-end professional hair styling tools and part of Wella, is seeking a Director of PRO Sales for the US and Canada. Based in Calabasas, CA, this hybrid role will guide the professional channel, work with key accounts, and drive revenue growth.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong relationships with pro accounts like salons and distributors, and the ability to travel up to 50% across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Proven sales account management experience with PRO accounts in the USA, Canada a plus.
• Strong networking, planning and data analysis skills with forward-looking mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Grow PRO Channel in NA, align with revenue targets and strategic plans.
• Build relationships with buyers/planners at key accounts and drive promotions.
• Lead annual account plans, product launches and joint business planning.
• Provide data reports for weekly meetings and drive S&OP forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Education and HR.
