Partner Company is seeking a senior Head of Performance Creative to lead profitable customer acquisition for a growth-oriented DTC health and wellness brand. This remote role oversees strategy across products and paid media, mentoring internal strategists and managing agency partnerships.

You will build a scalable testing and production system, balance storytelling with measurable ROI, and drive improvements in creative efficiency and outcomes.

Formación

• Proven experience leading performance creative strategy for a high-growth DTC brand or agency.
• Successful track record developing, testing, and scaling paid advertising concepts on Meta platforms.
• Experience mentoring creative strategists and managing agency partnerships.
• Deep understanding of direct-response marketing, consumer psychology, and creative profitability.
• Ability to translate campaign data into clear creative decisions and scalable processes.
• Strong knowledge of ROAS, CPA, attribution, and paid media performance.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance creative strategy and a structured testing plan aligned with targets.
• Identify new growth opportunities through research, trends, and performance insights.
• Build a consistent creative pipeline for multiple products and launches.
• Lead and develop internal creative talent and external agencies.
• Translate data into decisions on which concepts to scale, refine, or discard.
• Leverage analytics dashboards to optimize creative effectiveness and spend.
• Maintain fresh concepts and a centralized library of campaign learnings.
• Stay hands-on in developing high-quality briefs (hooks, scripts, UGC, video, landing pages).
• Ensure creative quality balances premium brand with direct-response messaging.
• Establish scalable workflows across research, briefing, production, and analysis.
• Improve operational efficiency with Notion workflows and QA processes.
• Apply AI/automation to enhance research, reporting, and production efficiency.
• Ensure messaging compliance and responsible advertising practices.
• Deliver measurable progress within the first 3 months.
