Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media programs and scale acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more. You will partner with the CMO to drive aggressive growth while optimizing CAC and ROAS.

In this remote, fast-moving role you will build scalable funnels, run rapid tests, analyze performance daily, and collaborate with content and product teams to launch high-converting landing pages.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Own campaign execution, results, and optimization across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own one or two paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) with potential to expand based on performance.
• Contribute to scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily using tools like GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards.
• Drive decision-making through CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort analysis.
• Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks to guide strategic shifts.
• Own creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on performance patterns.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to launch high-converting landing pages.
• Implement systems to reduce creative fatigue and speed testing.
• Build partnerships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements.
• Explore new networks and formats with internal evaluation criteria.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Identify opportunities to automate acquisition processes and create SOPs.
