Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a growth marketing leader to own and scale paid acquisition programs across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more. You will partner with the CMO to accelerate growth, test new channels, and optimize funnels for high velocity results.

You will monitor CPA, ROAS, and retention daily using GA4 and Voluum, while building scalable playbooks and SOPs to drive repeatable success. This is a fully remote, long‑term contract opportunity with substantial growth potential.

Qualifications

• > 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• > Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• > Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• > Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• > Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• > Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• > Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Lead on one or two paid channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) with potential to expand based on performance.
• Contribute to scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily using GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards.
• Drive decision-making through analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks guiding strategic and tactical moves.
• Own the creative briefing process: define hooks, formats, and angles based on patterns.
• Collaborate with content/product teams to launch and iterate high-converting landing pages.
• Implement systems to reduce creative fatigue and speed up testing.
• Build strong relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements.
