Job summary

EverAI is scaling its performance marketing and user acquisition efforts with a hands-on leader who can own campaigns from concept to optimization. You’ll partner with our CMO to refine channels like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and ASA, while relentlessly testing and iterating to drive CAC/ROAS improvements.

You’ll build robust funnels, analyze CPA trends, ROAS, and retention, and collaborate with content and product teams to launch high-converting landing pages.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels with potential expansion.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration.
• Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and ROAS.
• Monitor performance daily using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Own creative briefing, landing pages, and funnel optimization.
