Job summary

PbonAdworks, located in Scottsdale, is looking for a Senior Performance Creative Strategist to oversee the creative lifecycle from concept to delivery in the stem cell hair restoration vertical. You will be responsible for developing ad concepts and testing them with substantial budgets, focusing on achieving optimal campaign performance.

This position allows for 100% remote work with occasional on-site shooting at the corporate clinic. The candidate must reside in the Greater Phoenix area and have extensive experience in creative strategy, particularly in paid social media.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Performance Copywriter, or in similar roles focused on paid social media.
• Understanding of how to deconstruct technical offers into creative angles.
• Experience managing creative productions and directing talent.

Responsibilities

• Formulate creative hypotheses and develop complete campaign angles.
• Lead shoots and direct actors to ensure production aligns with strategy.
• Manage video editing workflows and testing variations.
• Analyze metrics to evaluate creative success and inform future cycles.
