Job summary

PbonAdworks is seeking an in-house Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency serving 50 med spa locations. You will edit direct-response ads, craft motion graphics, and design static visuals for client campaigns across Meta and Google, delivering high-quality work at high velocity.

This is a 100% remote role, but you must be based in Arizona; you’ll collaborate closely with the founder and our Senior Performance Creative Strategist, building brand systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience across video editing and graphic design
• Strong portfolio across both video and static work; portfolio link required with application
• Must reside in Arizona; Phoenix/Scottsdale metro strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with motion graphics tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Video editing — direct-response ad cuts, hook variations, color grading, sound design, exports for Meta and Google placements
• Motion graphics — animated logos, lower-thirds, kinetic typography
• Static design — image ad variations, landing page graphics, hero images, modular design components
• Brand systems — building templates and brand-consistent visual identity for client work
• Production velocity — maintain 3–5 day turnaround on standard cuts
