PbonAdworks, located in Scottsdale, is hiring a Video Editor & Motion Designer to create high-quality visual content for a growing digital marketing agency. This remote role requires strong video and graphic design skills with a focus on both rapid production and quality.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and reside in Arizona to attend occasional in-person meetings. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, offering a health stipend and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio required, showcasing both video and static work.
• Must reside in Arizona, preferably in the Phoenix/Scottsdale metro area.
• Comfortable at high velocity, able to manage own production pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Edit direct-response ad cuts and assemble variations.
• Create animated logos, lower-thirds, and motion overlays.
• Design image ads, landing page graphics, and more.
• Build brand systems and templates for both agency and clients.
