PbonAdworks, a digital marketing agency, seeks a Senior Performance Creative Strategist to own the creative lifecycle for stem cell hair restoration campaigns. You will craft ad concepts, landing pages, and testing variations with a $15,000–$30,000 monthly testing budget in our Arizona account.

This is an individual contributor role with no media buying or client-facing duties. The position emphasizes creative velocity, full-funnel iteration, and on-site shoots at our Scottsdale clinic; 100%

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Creative Strategist, Performance Copywriter, or Conversion-focused Creative Director.
• First-principles problem solving to deconstruct offers and build direct-response angles.
• Understanding of creative testing and valid A/B testing designs.
• Experience directing production sets and managing on-camera talent and editors.

Responsibilities

• Hypothesis & full-funnel development: craft campaign angles, write scripts, and landing page variations.
• On-set direction and talent management: brief production teams and direct actors/medical professionals.
• Post-production & editor management: oversee editing workflow and asset variations.
• Creative testing & data analysis: run structured tests and analyze metrics to iterate.
